Ren'py Creating Runtime Sprites: Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Moo is a guide about sprite management system in Minotaur Hotel (Visual Novel) written by Nanoff. Unlike many other Visual Novels where many sprites with single expressions are created and called by the code, Minotaur Hotel has a customization system for Asterion and thus, many broken down pieces of sprite are used to form a single one, mid-game; this tutorial is about that back end management. The project (partially) first came from conversations with other producers, namely GeorgeSquares from Echo Project's The Smoke Room. The project is mostly recommended for those with Python and/or Ren'py experience.
